Strecker, Henry C., age 87. Loving husband for sixty-two years of Dee (Leanora DiVirgilio) and dear father of Steven (Vicki) and Leslie, grandfather of Damien
and Danielle, great-grandfather to Roman and Pete, brother to Alan (Joyce). Preceded in death by sisters, Lillian, Ellen and brother Edward (May). Veteran of combat infantry, Staff Sergeant, 4th Ivy Division, "Steadfast and Loyal" Normandy, St. Lo, Mortain, Paris, the Bulge, Huertgen Forest, the Rhineland, with five battle stars, Bronze Star and
Purple Heart. Loved all of God's creation and was thankful for every day. Graveside Service will be at Arlington Memorial Gardens 2145 Compton Rd., Mt. Healthy on Saturday at 11 AM; Friends and family may meet at the front gate at 10:45 AM; Memorials to Hospice of Cincinnati or Honor Flight Inc 300 E. Auburn Ave Springfield, Ohio 45505
